Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also an act of courage - an investment in yourself. As a psychotherapist, I am here to offer you a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My approach is warm, informal, and curious, creating a comforting environment where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with sensitivity and care, always keeping your unique story and cultural background at the forefront.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and tailored approach. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based practices, Solution Focused interventions, Trauma Informed and Psychodynamic Therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are, adapting our work to suit your needs, pace, and preferences.
I welcome working with adults (17+). You might be navigating challenges with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/ loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, or stress. Whether you’re seeking clarity, relief, or a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to guide you with compassion and curiosity.
I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship that feels approachable and supportive. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel overly clinical. Instead, it can be a space where genuine human connection takes place.
I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. As a bicultural, neurodivergent woman who has personally faced anxiety, depression, and ADHD, I understand how life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. My own experiences have shaped my practice and deepened my commitment to providing empathetic, nonjudgmental care.
Above all, I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to help you unlock your strengths, explore your story, and work toward the change you seek.
Let’s create a space that’s yours, where healing and self-discovery can begin.
