Our group sessions invite parents of children aged 3-7 to enhance their child’s emotional development and build parental confidence, especially in the hard moments. In a supportive environment with a small group of fellow parents, we’ll explore:

Healthy Attachment: Understanding the foundations of secure relationships and how they shape your child’s sense of safety and trust.

Effective Communication: Learning strategies to connect with your child in ways they can understand and respond to more positively.

Co-Regulation and Self-Regulation Skills: Discovering how to guide your child through big emotions by modelling calm and supportive responses. Reflecting on your own emotions and learning how to respond with patience and clarity, even in challenging moments.
