I strive to develop therapeutic relationships with clients that involve collaboration, curiosity, compassion, and humour. As an individual and relational psychotherapist, my work involves supporting clients navigate mental, emotional, and relational challenges, through cultivating deeper self-awareness, exploring new possibilities, and having conversations that hold space for your unique experiences.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Masters of Science in Couple & Family Therapy from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Biology from the University of Toronto.

I value being a therapist who shows up with transparency and authenticity about the identities that I hold. I'm a neurodivergent, Iranian, queer, cisgender woman, and a settler.
